摘　　要：随着互联网技术的发展,新闻领域“伪原创”现象滋生,原创新闻作品生产环境被污染、生存空间遭受挤压。技术屏蔽、数据追踪、价值评估等技术为原创新闻作品保护提供了解决路径,在维护新闻真实、提升优质新闻生产力、促进社会诚信等方面展现出巨大的价值空间,但我们也应避免陷入“技术主义”泥潭,要清醒地看到技术应用在原创新闻作品保护中的价值局限。With the development of Internet technology,the phenomenon of“pseudo-originality”in the field of journalism is growing,which has polluted the environment and restricted the space of the production of original journalistic works.Technology shielding,data tracking,value assessment and other technologies provide a solution for the protection of original news works and show great value in maintaining the truthfulness of news,improving the productivity of quality news and promoting social integrity,etc.However,it is still necessary to avoid falling into the quagmire of“technocracy”and soberly see the limitations of technology application in the protection of original journalistic works.
