摘 要:干吸工序是两转两吸硫磺制酸工艺生产中的重要工序之一,对其进行优化改造不仅可以提高硫酸产量和质量,还可满足更严苛的环保要求。结合典型的干吸工段的工艺流程,提出了酸循环流程优化、管壳式酸循环器的选型、防腐材料的选择及生产操作优化等措施,以及干吸尾气处理系统优化方案,利于促进硫酸项目转型为节能降耗减排的绿色项目。The dry absorption section is one of the key sections of double-absorption sulfuric acid plant. The process optimization can not only improve sulfuric acid production and quality, but also meet more stringent environmental requirements. Combined with the process of typical dry absorption section,measures of acid circulation optimization, selection of shell and tube acid circulators, selection of anti-corrosion materials, operation optimization are put forward. The optimization of dry absorption tail gas treatment system is proposed, which facilitates a sulfuric acid project transformation into a green project with energy saving, as well as consumption and emission reduction.
