摘　　要：对纳米级羟基磷灰石的结构及热变性进行研究可为其应用开发提供重要的科学参考。采用三级中红外光谱技术对纳米级羟基磷灰石的结构、热变性及主要官能团的热变性机理进行了研究,结果发现:其红外吸收模式主要包括OH伸缩振动模式、PO_(4)不对称伸缩振动模式和PO_(4)对称伸缩振动模式;在303~573 K温度范围内,不同伸缩振动模式对应的红外吸收频率和强度均发生明显改变;随着测定温度的升高,羟基结构缔合作用减弱,且与游离羟基结构存在着一定的平衡。The study on the structure and thermal denaturation of nanoscale hydroxyapatite can provide important scientific reference for its development and application. The nanoscale hydroxyapatite structure, thermal denaturation and thermal denaturation mechanism of main functional groups are studied by three-step mid-infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the infrared absorption modes mainly include OH stretching vibration mode, PO_(4) asymmetric stretching vibration mode and PO_(4) symmetric stretching vibration mode. In the temperature range of 303~573 K, the infrared absorption frequency and intensity of different stretching vibration modes change significantly. With the increase of temperature, the hydroxyl association decreases, with a certain balance between hydroxyls and free hydroxyls.
