摘  要:冶金行业烟气治理活性焦干法脱硫过程中产生的活性焦再生气中含有焦炭粉尘,对下游硫资源化产品的品质有较大影响,必须进行高温除尘。试验制备了碳化硅陶瓷膜管并测定了其物理特性,认为其高温下具备较高的机械强度和较好的气体渗透性能。将该膜管用于活性焦再生气高温除尘试验结果显示,碳化硅陶瓷膜过滤器运行稳定,除尘效果良好,且膜管表面可通过高温加热再生,实现重复利用。The regeneration gas of activated coke, which is generated in the process of dry desulfurization of activated coke flue gas treatment in metallurgical industry, contains coke dust. The coke dust greatly influences the quality of downstream sulfur utilization products, and high temperature dust removal must be conducted. The silicon carbide ceramic membrane tube was prepared, and its physical properties were measured by experiment. It is considered that the tube has high mechanical strength and good gas permeability at high temperature. The membrane tube is applied to dust removal from regeneration gas of activated coke, and the experimental results show that the silicon carbide ceramic membrane filter operates stably, with good dust removal effect, and the surface of the membrane tube can be recycled by high temperature heating.
