摘 要:公司的污水站污水处理量大,在处理过程中产生大量的污水渣,通过检测污水渣中有效磷的含量较高,如果直接外排至渣场,不仅磷损失量大,同时增加环保压力,同时增加了环保压力。结合现有的过磷酸钙生产技术,研究污水处理渣制备过磷酸钙研究技术。通过试验研究发现,根据污水渣中有效磷含量,用一等品的有效磷含量及水溶磷含量计算应加入的磷酸量和硫酸量,反应后制备得到的过磷酸钙产品能达到国家标准,最终达到提高磷的综合利用率效果。The sewage treatment capacity of company sewage station is large and vast quantities of sewage residue is generated in the process of treatment. With high content of available phosphorus detected in the sewage residue, direct disposal to residue yard leads to a great loss of phosphorus and increases the environmental protection pressure as well. Combined with existing superphosphate production technology, the research technology of preparing superphosphate from sewage treatment residue is studied. The research finds that, based on the content of available phosphorus in sewage residue, if the amounts of phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid to be added are calculated from the contents of available phosphorus and water-soluble phosphorus of firstclass product, the superphosphate product prepared by reaction can meet the national standard, and ultimately achieve a higher comprehensive utilization rate of phosphorus.
