摘　　要：某冶炼厂稀贵车间在原3 kg金锭浇铸工艺的基础上,优化浇铸工艺和操作参数,浇铸1 kg标准金锭。整套1 kg标准金锭浇铸工艺流程简单易行,产品合格率高,一年可为公司创造大约240万元的增值经济效益。On the basis of the original casting process of 3 kg gold ingot in the rare metal workshop of a smelter, the casting process and operation parameters are optimized to cast 1 kg standard gold ingot. The whole casting process for 1 kg standard gold ingot is simple and easy to operate, and the product pass rate is high, which can create about 2.4 million yuan of value-added economic benefits for the company a year.
