摘　　要：随着石油化工技术的不断进步和项目总体规模的不断扩大,其压力容器设备的规格越来越大型化,导致越来越多的大型压力容器需在现场制造。以催化裂化装置再生器和反应器为例,总结了大型压力容器现场组焊的质量控制要点,为大型设备现场制造提供参考意见。With the continuous progress of petrochemical technology and expansion of the overall scale of project, the equipment specification of pressure vessel is getting larger and larger, resulting in more and more large-scale pressure vessels to be manufactured on site. Taking the regenerator and reactor of catalytic cracking unit as examples, the quality control points of field assembly welding for large-scale pressure vessels are summarized, which provides reference for field manufacturing of large-scale equipment.
