摘 要:以正硅酸乙酯为原料,采用曲拉通-100/正戊醇/环己烷/乙二胺微乳体系制得了一系列纳米SiO_(2),通过激光粒度分析仪测定了它们的平均粒径及粒度分布,得到了优化的微乳液配方。采用XRD、SEM对样品结构和形貌进行表征,所制得的纳米SiO_(2)为无定型结构的球形粒子,粒径20~40 nm。通过流延法制备了PVA-CS和SiO_(2)/PVA-CS薄膜,力学性能和热重分析表明,在PVA-CS薄膜中掺杂适量的纳米SiO_(2)能显著提高PVA-CS薄膜的断裂伸长率、拉伸强度和热稳定性。Ethyl orthosilicate was used as the raw material,a series of nano-SiO_(2)were made using triton-100/n-pentanol/cyclohexane/ethyldiamine microemulsion system. Their average particle size and particle size distribution were determined by laser particle size analyzer and the optimized microemulsion formula was obtained. The sample structure and morphology were characterized by XRD,SEM,and the resulting nanoscale SiO_(2)are spherical particles of an amorphous structure with a particle size between 20~40 nm. PVA-CS and SiO_(2)/PVA-CS films were prepared by flow coasting,and mechanical properties and thermal weight analysis show that proper doping of nano-SiO_(2)in PVA-CS films significantly improves the fracture elongation,tensile strength and thermal stability of PVA-CS films.
