摘 要:实验教学中肉桂酸的制备通常采用Perkin反应由苯甲醛和乙酸酐为原料制得,其在基础化学实验教学中占有比较重要的一环。然而在教学实践中,现有的制备方法耗时长且学生很难得到产品。讨论了反应温度、反应时间、反应物摩尔比和催化剂用量对肉桂酸产率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。将此反应条件应用到教学实践中,反应效率明显提高,实验教学时间明显缩短,且每一组同学都能得到纯度较高的产品。In experimental teaching, the preparation of cinnamic acid is usually made from benzaldehyde and acetic anhydride by Perkin reaction, which plays an important role in basic chemistry experimental teaching. However, in classrom practice, existing preparation methods are time-consuming and difficult for students to access. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, molar ratio of reactants and amount of catalyst on the yield of cinnamic acid were discussed, and the optimum reaction conditions were determined. The experimental teaching under this reaction condition can improve the reaction efficiency, shorten the experimental teaching time obviously, and each group of students can get the product with high purity.
