含铜蚀刻废液制备硬脂酸铜技术研究

摘  要:研究了以含铜蚀刻废液和硬脂酸为原料,制备硬脂酸铜的工艺技术。探究了反应pH、温度、时间、液固比等对硬脂酸铜产品铜含量和游离酸含量的影响,用XRD、FT-IR对制备的产品进行表征。实验结果表明,最佳条件下制备的产品铜含量为10.61%,游离酸含量为0.44%,符合产品质量要求。The technology of preparing copper stearate from copper-containing etching waste liquid and stearic acid as raw materials was studied. The effects of pH,temperature,time,liquid-to-solid ratio,etc. on copper content and free acid content of copper stearate products were mainly investigated. The prepared products were characterized by XRD and FTIR. The experimental results show that the copper content of the product prepared under the optimum conditions is 10.61%and the free acid content of 0.44%,which meets the product quality requirements.
