摘  要:主要研究了以硫酸铵和氯化钾固体作为主要原料,用热复分解的方式来生产硫酸钾的工艺制备过程,通过Aspen Plus模拟构建热复分解生产硫酸钾的工艺流程图,对合成硫酸钾的工艺参数进行灵敏度和优化分析设计,得到了热复分解法制备硫酸钾工艺的最优参数:KCl的进料量为478.28 kmol/h,(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)的进料速率为291.92 kmol/h,反应温度为370℃,由于硫酸铵在此温度下容易分解,因此硫酸铵进料要过量10%~20%。实现年产量为30万吨的高纯硫酸钾的生产目标。The preparation process of producing potassium sulfate by thermal double decomposition with ammonium sulfate and potassium chloride solid as main raw materials is studied. The process flow chart of producing potassium sulfate by thermal double decomposition is constructed by Aspen Plus simulation,and the sensitivity and optimization analysis and design of the process parameters of synthesizing potassium sulfate are carried out. The optimum parameters of the process for preparing potassium sulfate by thermal double decomposition method were obtained: the feed amount of KCl was 478.28 kmol/h,the feed amount of(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)was 291.92 kmol/h,and the reaction temperature was 370℃. Because ammonium sulfate was easy to decompose at this temperature,the feed amount of ammonium sulfate was 10% ~ 20%,and finally the goal of high-purity potassium sulfate with an annual output of 300 000 tons was achieved.
