摘  要:肥料中总磷含量测定(国家标准GB/T 17767.2-2010)规定P_(2)O_(5)含量≤5%时总磷含量采用钒钼酸铵(钼黄)分光光度法,而P_(2)O_(5)含量>5%时,则需采用磷钼酸喹啉重量法。而GB/T 8573-2017中水溶性磷和有效磷的测定也是采用重量法,但重量法测定磷含量耗时过长。通过改变磷标准溶液的浓度,用分光光度法也可实现对P_(2)O_(5)含量>5%时的总磷和水溶磷含量进行准确测定。对样品进行进一步消解,则可用分光光度法准确测定有效磷,数据与国标重量法测定结果吻合良好,且操作简单快速,大大提高生产效率。The total phosphorus content of fertilizer is determined by ammonium molybdate (molybdate yellow) spectrophotometry when P_(2)O_(5)content is less than 5%in GB/T 17767.2-2010,while when P_(2)O_(5)content is more than 5%,quinoline phosphomolybdate weight method is required.The weight method is also used for the determination of water soluble phosphorus and available phosphorus in GB/T 8573-2017.But the time consuming of the determination of phosphorus content by weight method is too long.By changing the concentration of the phosphorus standard solution,the total phosphorus and water soluble phosphorus content can be determined accurately by spectrophotometry.If the sample is further digested,the effective phosphorus can be determined accurately by spectrophotometry.The data is in good agreement with the national standard weight method,and the operation is simple and fast,and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
