摘 要:目的探讨学生主导的多学科诊疗模式(MDT)为中心的教学在中西医结合专业学生泌尿外科实习教学中的应用。方法采用学生主导的以MDT为中心的泌尿外科实习教学模式对实验组同学进行教学,对照组采用传统的实习教学模式。采用理论考核、病例分析、临床考核、技能考核及调查问卷等形式对教学效果进行评价。结果实验组同学在理论成绩、病例分析成绩和总成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在理论掌握情况、学习兴趣激发情况、自主学习能力、团队合作意识、疾病的诊治分析情况、临床思维培养情况、其他科室实习应用情况方面均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但在临床考核和技能操作实验组和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论学生主导的MDT为中心的教学能够提高中西医结合专业学生在泌尿外科实习过程中的学习兴趣,增进临床思维,提高学习积极性,从而进一步提高教学效果。【Objective】To explore the application of student leading multi-disciplinary team(MDT)learning in the internship teaching of Urology for students majoring in combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine.【Methods】The MDT led by students in urology internship teaching was used to teach the students in the experimental group,and the traditional internship teaching was used in the control group.The teaching effect was evaluated by means of theoretical assessment,case analysis,clinical assessment,skill assessment and questionnaire.【Results】The theoretical scores,case analysis scores and total scores of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The mastery of theoretical knowledge,enthusiasm of internship,the ability of cases analysis,the ability of doctor-patient communication,ability of selflearning and ability of team work,strengthening of clinical thinking training and application of practice in other departments were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in clinical assessment and skill operation between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).【Conclusion】The application of student leading MDT learning in the internship teaching can improve the learning interest of students majoring in combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the internship of Urology,enhance clinical thinking,improve learning enthusiasm,and further improve the teaching effect.
