摘 要:随着勘探精度的提高,弱信号在地震勘探信号里越来越被重视。识别弱信号的核心是通过去除噪音来提取有效信号,在众多去噪方法中,基于CEEMD与KSVD的去噪方法能够达到较好的去噪效果,但其计算效率相对较低。这里将改进的CEEMD(ICEEMD)与正则化近似KSVD(RAKSVD)有机结合起来,该方法首先利用ICEEMD将信号分解为主导模态和过渡模态,对于不同的模态,分别利用发挥RAKSVD对弱信号识别的优势,对不同类别模态进行相应地处理,使含噪弱信号中的噪声得到了很好的压制,模型测试和实际应用表明,该方法不仅提高了计算效率,而且取得了预期的去噪效果,有利于对弱信号的提取和识别。With the improvement of exploration accuracy,weak signals have been paid more and more attention in seismic exploration signals.The core of identifying weak signal is to extract effective signal by removing noise.Among many denoising methods,the method of CEEMD and KSVD can achieve better denoising effect,but its computational efficiency is relatively low.In this paper,the improved CEEMD(ICEEMD)and regularized approximation KSVD(RAKSVD)are organically combined.In this method,signals are firstly decomposed into dominant and transition modes by ICEEMD.For different modes,the advantages of RAKSVD in weak signal recognition are utilized respectively to process different modes,so that the noises in the weak noisy signal has been well suppressed.The model test and practical application show that this method not only improves the computational efficiency,but also achieves the expected denoising effect,which is beneficial to the extraction and recognition of weak signals.
