摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在膝关节术后多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌感染患者治疗过程中的作用。方法临床药师参与1例膝关节术后多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌感染患者抗感染治疗,并对患者进行全程药学监护。结果临床药师依托自身专业知识及大量文献资料,协助医生为患者制定了合理的抗菌药物骨水泥添加方案及静脉方案,患者感染得到有效控制。结论临床药师在参与治疗过程中充分发挥了专业特长,为多重耐药菌骨关节感染患者的临床治疗提供了相关依据及治疗经验。Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of patients infected with multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa after knee joint surgery.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the anti-infection treatment for a patient with multiple drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection after knee joint surgery,and the patient was given the whole-process pharmaceutical care.Results Clinical pharmacists assisted the doctor to formulate reasonable antibiotic bone cement addition program and an intravenous program for the patient based on their professional knowledge and the related literatures,and the infection of the patient was effectively controlled.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists give full play to their professional skills in the treatment process,and provide relevant basis and treatment experience for the clinical treatment of patients with multi-drug resistant bacterial bone joint infection.
