摘  要:对于一些严重的精神疾病患者,电休克治疗往往是一线治疗,也是他们的最后一道保障。而在电休克治疗带来的众多不良反应中,高血流动力学的问题较为突出。近年来,临床医师尝试不同的辅助用药来确保治疗的安全性。尤其是近期全球新冠疫情比较严峻,各种设施、人员配备条件严重受限,急迫需要通过合理的麻醉药物配伍完善治疗,使治疗操作更加安全、便捷。For some patients with severe mental illness,electroconvulsive therapy is often the first-line treatment and the last-line guarantee.Among the many side effects brought by electroconvulsive therapy,the problem of high hemodynamics is more prominent.In recent years,many physicians have tried different adjuvant drugs to ensure the safety of treatment.Especially,the recent global epidemic of COVID-19 is quite severe,various facilities and staffing conditions are severely limited,it is urgent to improve the treatment through reasonable anesthesic drug compatibility,so as to make the treatment operation safer and more convenient.
