摘　　要：高血压是一种常见的慢性疾病,是冠心病、脑卒中、慢性肾病等疾病的重要危险因素,也是全球早亡的主要原因之一。我国高血压的发病率一直呈逐年上升趋势,但治疗控制率不高。在高血压的治疗中,大多数患者需要1种以上降压药物才能达到目标血压。治疗高血压的单片复方制剂(SPC)是一组不同机制的抗高血压药物组合在单片中形成的复方,能够明显改善患者依从性,目前越来越受到关注。本文就单片复方降压药物的发展、优势以及应用前景进行综述,为SPC的合理应用提供参考。Hypertension,a common chronic disease,is an important risk factor for coronary heart disease,stroke,chronic kidney disease etc,and is also a major factor in global premature death.The prevalence rate of hypertension has been increasing each year in China,but the control rate is still low.During the drug therapy for hypertension,most of the patients require more than one antihypertensive drug to reach the target blood pressure.Single-pill combination(SPC)is a compound drug combining antihypertensive drugs of different classes in a single tablet,which is associated with a significant improvement in compliance and currently has drawn more and more attention.This article reviews the development,advantages,and application prospects of antihypertensive SPCs in order to provide references for the rational use of SPC.
