摘 要:目的在医院HIS系统中建立住院患者单剂量口服药品识别与用药指导模块,以提高口服药品的可识别性,减少用药错误,提高患者用药依从性。方法在HIS系统药师端建立口服药品识别与用药指导模块,用于维护单剂量口服药品的图片信息及用药警示信息。药师端的药品图片信息采集及药品识别均由智能核对机实现。在HIS系统护士端及护理PDA安装该系统,护理人员在临床工作中可用该系统查询药品图片信息及用药警示内容。结果该模式从多个环节保障药品发放的正确性,并能提高一线工作人员对药品的识别能力,以应对复杂的临床情况,同时,将药品服用注意事项嵌入在系统中,方便护士进行宣教。结论本模式提高了单剂量口服药品在药房及临床一线的识别率,优化了口服药品的用药指导模式,能提升医院的口服药品闭环管理能力,保障患者用药安全。Objective To improve the identifiability of oral drugs,reduce medication errors and improve the medication compliance of patients by establishing an identification and medication guidance mode of single-dose oral drugs in the hospital information system(HIS).Methods In the pharmacist terminal of HIS,the oral drug identification and medication guidance mode was established to maintain the picture information and medication warning information of single-dose oral drugs.The collection of drug picture information and drug identification at pharmacist′s terminal were all achieved by intelligent checking machine.The system was installed in the nurse terminal of HIS and the nursing PDA.Nurses could use the system to search for the drug picture information and medication warning content in clinical practice.Results This mode could ensure the correctness of drug distribution from multiple links,and improve the identification ability of front-line staff to deal with complex clinical situations.At the same time,it could embed the precautions of taking drugs into the system to facilitate nurses to carry out propaganda and education.Conclusion This mode improves the identification rate of single-dose oral drugs in pharmacy and clinical practice,optimizes the medication guidance mode of oral drugs,improves the closed-loop management ability of hospitals in oral drugs,and ensures the medication safety in patients.
