摘  要:结合光声检测实验在高校实验教学中的实际情况,利用虚拟现实技术,以Unity3D为开发引擎,3D Max为建模工具,人体乳腺组织为类流体环境的典型代表,模拟人体乳腺组织光声成像过程,开发了类流体光声检测虚拟实验系统.系统采用图形化用户界面,在PC端网站运行,引导式操作简单快捷.学生通过模拟交互,可利用该系统对光声成像原理、实验设备选择与连接、信号分析处理、图像处理获得深层次的认知与思考.系统验证表明:该系统真实体现了乳腺光声检测全过程,光声信号波形图相较彩超波形更为直观,同时加入血管成像、血红蛋白、血氧饱和度、组织成像等多项指标,对早期乳腺癌的诊断具有一定的参考价值.同时,该系统可以为学生深刻理解光声检测、信号处理、图像处理提供平台,具有较强的实用价值.Combined with the actual situation of photoacoustic detection experiment in experimental teaching in universities,using virtual reality technology,taking Unity3D as the development engine,3D Max as the modeling tool and human breast tissue as the typical representative of fluid like environment,a fluid-like photoacoustic detection virtual experiment system is developed by simulating the photoacoustic imaging process of human breast tissue.The system uses a graphical user interface and runs on a PC-based website with simple and fast guided operation.Users can use the system to gain deep understanding and thinking about photoacoustic imaging principles,experimental equipment selection and connection,signal analysis and processing,and image processing through simulation interaction.Experimental verification shows that the system truly reflects the whole process of photoacoustic detection of breast,and the waveform of photoacoustic signal is more intuitive than that of color Doppler waveform.At the same time,multiple indexes such as blood vessel imaging,hemoglobin,blood oxygen saturation and tissue imaging are added to provide reference for early diagnosis of breast cancer.Meanwhile,it provides a carrier for students’deep understanding of photoacoustic detection,signal processing and image processing which has good practical value.
