滇型晚粳稻不育系宁粳87A的选育及应用

摘  要:为选育优质三系晚粳稻不育系,给优质籼粳杂交稻新品种选育打下基础,以通过甬6/中超123选育的优质常规晚粳稻品系甬粳09-02为父本,与不育系甬粳2号A测交,经过多代回交和筛选,育成优质三系滇型晚粳稻不育系新品种宁粳87A。该不育系育性稳定,不育株率100%,花粉不育度99.96%,异交结实率31.86%,米质达部颁三等优质米,中抗稻瘟病和白叶枯病,于2021年通过浙江省农作物品种审定委员会审定。以其为母本配制的籼粳交组合宁优799在各地试种表现较好,各试验点产量较稳定,表现高产、稳产和适应性强的特点。In order to breed high-quality three-line late japonica male sterile lines, the conventional late japonica rice line Yongjing 09-02 selected through Yong6/Zhongchao 123 was used as the male parent, crossing with male sterile line Yongjing 2 A,a new high-quality three line Dian type late japonica rice male sterile line Ningjing 87 A was selected after multiple generations of backcross and years of observation and screening. The sterile line had stable fertility, 100% sterile plant rate and 99.96% pollen sterility. Through field identification, the outcrossing seed setting rate was 31.86%,and the rice quality reached the third-class high-quality rice.It is moderately resistant to rice blast and bacterial blight. It had been approved by the sterile line of Zhejiang Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2021. Using Ningjing 87 A as the female parent, Ningyou 799,an indica japonica hybrid combination was bred, which had good trial planting performance in different places. The yield of each test point was relatively stable, showing the characteristics of high yield, stable yield and strong adaptability.
