摘  要:将通过耐盐性鉴定方法筛选获得的亲本(母本10P075108,父本邯6172)进行有性杂交,采用盐池筛选优良株系育种方法对F_(2)、F_(3)代进行鉴定和筛选,通过盐池播种对F_(4)代进行耐盐性筛选,培育了耐盐抗旱小麦新品种沧麦15。该品种抗寒性和耐盐级别均为1级,抗旱性强。2019—2020年度生产试验结果显示,其平均产量为5 683.0 kg/hm^(2),每公顷穗数642万,穗粒数30.2,千粒质量40.9 g。该品种适宜在河北省冬麦区旱地及旱碱地种植。A salt-tolerant and drought-resistant new wheat variety Cangmai 15 was developed by sexual crossing of the parents(10 P075108 as the female parent and Han 6172 as the male parent)screened by the salt tolerance identification me-thod, which identified and screened F;and F;generations by the breeding method of salt pool selection of superior lines, and screened salt tolerance of F;generations by the salt pool seeding. Both the cold resistance and salt tolerance of this variety were grade 1,and drought resistance was also strong. In the 2019-2020 production test, the average yield was 5 683.0 kg/hm^(2),the number of panicle was 6.42 million/hm^(2),the number of panicle grains was 30.2,and the weight of 1 000 grains was 40.9 g. This variety is suitable for planting in dry land and alkaline land in Hebei province.
