行政区划调整对区域经济发展质量的影响

摘　　要：传统的行政区划已不能满足我国经济社会快速发展的需要。我国通过实施撤县设区的政策调整行政区域划分。本文从撤县设区政策出发,在分析大量的文献资料、建立数学模型的基础上,深入剖析行政区划调整对经济发展的影响,得出结论:“主动适应型”撤县设区对提高区域经济发展质量的作用更加显著;对高行政级别的城市而言,撤县设区反而不利于提升区域经济发展质量。The traditional administrative division has been unable to meet the needs of China's rapid economic and social development.China adjusts the division of administrative regions by implementing the policy of withdrawing counties and establishing districts.Starting from the policy of withdrawing counties and establishing districts,this paper deeply analyzes the influence of administrative division adjustment on economic development by analyzing a large number of documents and establishing mathematical models,and comes to the conclusion that withdrawing counties and establishing districts of active adaptation plays a more significant role in improving the quality of regional economic development.For cities of high administrative level,withdrawing counties to form districts is not conducive to improving the quality of regional economic development.
