海门“撤市设区”后全面塑造发展新优势研究

摘　　要：海门自2020年8月“撤市设区”后,明确提出“全省市辖区经济总量进前十”和综合实力跻身“全国百强区二十强”的目标任务。本文通过调研和数据研判,就海门经济进位可行性的现实基础和发展态势进行研究,提出创新驱动、产业协同发展、重大项目推进等相应的建议,以期促进海门高质量发展。Haimen has clearly put forward the goal of“ranking top 10 in the total economic output of municipal districts in the province”and“ranking top 20 in the national top 100 districts in terms of comprehensive strength”since the“withdrawal of cities and establishment of districts”in August 2020.Through investigation and data analysis,this paper studies the realistic basis and development trend of the feasibility of Haimen's economic advancement,and puts forward corresponding suggestions such as innovation-driven,industrial coordinated development,and major project promotion,in order to promote the high-quality development of Haimen.
