摘  要:为了进一步揭示河北省高产小麦品种品质现状,为小麦高产优质育种及生产提供借鉴,统计并分析了2013~2021年河北省审定的46个水地组小麦品种品质指标。结果表明,河北省审定小麦品种的品质以中筋麦类型为主,多数品种的蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量和吸水率相对较高,面团稳定时间极低,故今后应把提高面团稳定时间作为改善小麦品质育种的主攻方向。在同一品种中,多个品质指标间呈现强、中、弱筋层次交错现象。线性拟合结果显示,湿面筋含量有逐年下降趋势,蛋白质含量变化不大,吸水率和面团稳定时间有逐年增加趋势。由此可见,河北省审定高产小麦品种总体品质状况较差,小麦优质育种研究亟待加强。In order to reveal the current situation of high-yield wheat quality in Hebei Province and provide reference for high-yield and high-quality wheat breeding and production,46 wheat quality indexes of water-land Group approved by 2021 from 2013 to 2021 were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the quality of approved wheat varieties in Hebei province was mainly of medium gluten wheat type,the protein content,wet gluten content and water absorption of most wheat varieties were relatively high,and the dough stability time was extremely low,therefore,improving dough stability time should be taken as the main direction of improving wheat quality breeding.In the same variety,the strong,middle and weak gluten levels were interlaced among several quality indexes.The results of linear fitting showed that the wet gluten content decreased year by year,the protein content did not change much,and the water absorption and dough stability time increased year by year.Therefore,the quality status of approved high-yield wheat varieties in Hebei province is poor,and the research on high-quality wheat breeding should be strengthened.
