摘　　要：玉米自交系辽3258的选育采用了具有广泛适应性和较高配合力的旅大红骨种质改良国外NSS种质类群的育种策略。通过杂交、回交、聚合、自交及单倍体诱导等方法相结合,将丹598种质渗透到PH4CV中,创制出配合力高、自身产量高、抗病力高的“三高”玉米自交系辽3258。以辽3258为亲本组配出辽单575、辽单577、辽单585、辽单586、辽单595、辽单596等6个品种相继通过国家或省级审定。其中,国审5个,省级审定2个次,引种备案4个次。以辽单575为代表的突破性玉米新品种,集“高产优质、多抗广适、绿色高效、易制种”于一体,成为我国当前主导品种和种业标志性重大成果。The maize inbred line Liao 3258 was bred by the strategy of integrating the Lvda red bone germplasm with wide adaptability and high combining ability into the excellent foreign NSS germplasm.Dan 598 was infiltrated into PH4CV inbred line through crossing,backcrossing,integrating,selfing and haploid inducing methods,then we obtained the excellent inbred line Liao 3258 with high combining ability,high self yield,high disease resistance.Liaodan 575,Liaodan577,Liaodan 585,Liaodan 586,Liaodan 595 and Liaodan 596 were selected from Liao 3258 as parent and passed the national or provincial examination successively.Among them,5 were national examination,2 were provincial examination,and were introduced 4 times for the record.Liaodan 575 as the breakthrough new maize varieties represent,integrating"high yield and high quality,multiple resistance and wide adaptability,green and efficient,and easy seed production",have become the leading varieties and significant achievements of seed industry in China.
