摘 要:以三种进口焦煤为对象,研究了不同结焦性进口焦煤配煤炼焦对焦炭质量及高炉炉况的影响。在炼焦配煤中将弱结焦性进口焦煤按质量分数12%~30%配入使用,通过对焦炭的基本性质、光学组织和微晶结构进行分析表征,揭示了弱结焦性进口焦煤的配入比例对焦炭热态强度的影响机理,并研究了不同焦炭供高炉使用之后高炉炉况的变化特征。结果表明,弱结焦性进口焦煤配入使用对焦炭具有明显的降灰降硫效果;当其配入比例较高时,对焦炭冷强度影响不大,但焦炭中细粒镶嵌结构含量上升,粗粒镶嵌结构含量下降,光学组织指数OTI下降;焦炭中类石墨化碳结构含量减少,无定形碳含量增加,最终表现出焦炭热反应性CRI增大,反应后强度CSR降低,碳溶反应之后的焦炭粉化率增加;将其供高炉使用时,高炉透气性变差,中心气流走弱以及热负荷上升且波动加剧。Taking three kinds of imported coking coal as the research objects,the influence of blending ratio of imported coking coal with different coking properties on coke quality and blast furnace performance was studied.The imported coking coal with weak coking property was blended based on mass fraction of 12%to 30%.Through the analysis and characterization of the basic properties,optical texture and microcrystalline structure of coke,the influence mechanism of the blending ratio of imported coking coal with weak coking property on the thermal strength of coke was revealed,and the variation characteristics of blast furnace performance after using different coke were studied.The results showed that the ash and sulfur contents of coke were obviously reduced by blending imported weak coking coal.When the blending ratio was too high,there was little effect on the cold strength of coke,but the content of fine mosaic structure in coke increased,the content of coarse mosaic structure decreased,the optical structure index OTI decreased,the content of graphite-like carbon structure in coke decreased,and the content of amorphous carbon increased,leading to the increase of CRI and the decrease of CSR.When it was used for blast furnace,the permeability of blast furnace became poor,the central air flow weakened,the heat load increased and fluctuated more seriously.
