摘  要:通过对36组混煤煤灰流动温度的测量值和利用文献中数学模型计算的预测值进行比较,优选出适用的混煤煤灰流动温度的数学模型,并基于优选的数学模型,利用MathCAD软件分别进行由配煤比例到混煤煤灰流动温度和由混煤煤灰流动温度反推配煤比例的计算。计算过程简单直观、快捷准确,表明了利用MathCAD进行气化配煤灰熔融性温度计算的准确性和高效性。The optimized mathematical model of mixed coal′s ash flowing temperature(FT)was chosen by means of comparing measured values with calculated values(utilizing mathematical models in literature)of 36 groups of mixed coal as samples.Based on the optimized mathematical model,MathCAD software was used to calculate the mixed coal′s ash FT from the coal blending proportion,as well as the reverse calculation of coal blending proportion from mixed coal′s ash FT.The calculation process was simple,quick and accurate,showing that using MathCAD to calculate the ash fusibility temperature in gasification blended coal was accurate and efficient.
