摘 要:为研究采用聚丙烯酰胺处理煤气化黑水的效果,以某煤气化粗渣为原料配制黑水,并用聚丙烯酰胺进行沉降处理,探讨了聚丙烯酰胺离子形态、添加量、黑水含油情况及灰颗粒粒径等对黑水水质的影响。结果表明:气化黑水中含有大量阴离子,添加阳离子聚丙烯酰胺溶液对黑水的处理效果较好,当聚丙烯酰胺溶液添加量过多、黑水中含有油品、灰颗粒粒径较小时,黑水中有悬浮物、沉降时间较长,影响灰颗粒的絮凝沉降效果。In order to study the effect of treating coal gasification black water with polyacrylamide,black water was prepared with coal gasification coarse slag as raw material and settled with polyacrylamide.The discussion was made on the impacts of polyacrylamide ionic form and addition amount,oil-bearing condition of black water and ash particle size on the effect of black water settlement.The results showed that the gasification black water contained a large number of anions,and adding cationic polyacrylamide solution had good black water treatment effect.When the amount of polyacrylamide solution was too much,the black water contained oil and the ash particle size was small,there were suspended solids in the black water and the sedimentation time was long,which affected the flocculation and sedimentation effect of ash particles.
