摘 要:针对中煤陕西榆林能源化工有限公司JM DAVY甲醇合成装置在运行过程中出现的甲醇水冷器结蜡严重的问题,分析了结蜡的原因,并结合石蜡的熔点、设备的运行状态,分别采用传统除蜡法与在线低温除蜡法进行除蜡,结果发现采用在线低温除蜡法在100%的运行负荷下,可延长除蜡周期由25 d至47 d,且对压缩机的影响较小。In view of the serious wax deposition problem of methanol water cooler during the operation of JM DAVY methanol synthesis plant of China Coal Shaanxi Yulin Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the reason of wax deposition was analyzed.Combined with the melting point of paraffin wax and operating status of the equipment,the wax removal was carried out using the traditional wax removal method and online low-temperature wax removal method respectively.The results showed that at 100%operation load,the online low-temperature wax removal method could extend the wax removal cycle from 25 days to 47 days and had little impact on the compressor.
