界面缩聚一锅催化半芳香聚酰胺磺酰胺的合成及表征

摘  要:以三氯甲苯和氯磺酸为原料制备3-氯磺酰苯甲酰氯单体,使其与1,6-己二胺通过界面缩聚法一锅催化合成了高分子质量的半芳香聚酰胺磺酰胺聚合物。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振波谱、凝胶渗透波谱、热重分析等对聚合物的结构和性能进行了表征。获得的聚酰胺磺酰胺聚合物的数均相对分子质量为3.59×10^(5),且分布较窄,分散性指数为1.12;聚合物在失重5%时的热分解温度约为366℃,玻璃化转变温度为112℃。半芳香聚酰胺磺酰胺复合二硫化钼固体润滑涂层在5 N载荷和总摩擦距离850 m仍保持摩擦系数为1.06。界面聚合反应周期较短,获得聚酰胺磺酰胺聚合物产率为92.53%。The monomer 3-chlorosulfonylbenzoyl chloride was synthesized using benzotrichloride and chlorosulfonic acid as raw materials.One-pot catalytic synthesis of high-molecular-weight semi-aromatic poly(amide-sulfonamide)polymer was carried out via interfacial polycondensation using 3-chlorosulfonylbenzoyl chloride and 1,6-hexanediamine as monomers.The structure and properties of the as-synthesized polymer were characterized by FT-IR,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,gel permeation spectroscopy,and thermogravimetric analysis.The number-average molecular weight of the obtained poly(amide-sulfonamide)polymer was 3.59×10^(5) with the narrow distribution,and the dispersibility index was 1.12.The thermal decomposition temperature of the polymer at 5%weight loss was around 366℃,and the glass transition temperature was 112℃.The friction coefficient of semi-aromatic poly(amide-sulfonamide)/molybdenum disulfide composite solid lubricating coating could still keep 1.06 under a load of 5 N and total friction distance of 850 m.The reaction period of the interfacial polymerization was short,and the yield of poly(amide-sulfonamide)polymer was 92.53%.
