摘  要:以废弃羊毛为原料,采用酸碱法提取羊毛角蛋白,湿法纺丝制备海藻酸钠/羊毛角蛋白(SA/WK)复合纤维,研究了SA/WK复合体系中的氢键,以及氢键对其结构和性能的影响。通过FT-IR、SEM对复合纤维化学结构和微观形态结构进行表征,对其流变性能、结晶性能和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,SA/WK纤维中存在分子内氢键和分子间氢键。随着WK含量的增加,分子间氢键的占比先增大后减小,在30%WK时达到最大值。分子间氢键的增加导致SA/WK复合纤维的断裂强度显著提高,在30%WK时达到最大值1.87 cN/dtex。SA/WK复合溶液的黏度随着WK含量增加而增大,但是WK增加至40%时SA/WK复合体系的溶液黏度降低。SA/WK纤维的结晶度低于纯WK的结晶度,并且主要以无定型形式存在。纤维表面沟槽深度和数量随着角蛋白含量的增加而增大。The sodium alginate/wool keratin(SA/WK)composite fibers were prepared by wet spinning method using waste wool as raw material,which was extracted by acid-base method.The hydrogen bonding in the SA/WK composite system and the influence of hydrogen bonding on their structures and performances were analyzed.The chemical and micro-morphological structures of the composite fibers were characterized by FT-IR and SEM,and their rheological,crystallization and mechanical properties were studied.The results showed that the intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds were present in SA/WK fibers.The proportion of intermolecular hydrogen bonds was initially increased with increasing the WK contents in fibers,which reached the maximum values with 30%WK content.The increase of intermolecular hydrogen bonds significantly enhanced the breaking strength of SA/WK composite fibers,which reached the maximum value of 1.95 cN/dtex with 30%WK content.The viscosity of the SA/WK composite solution gradually increased with increasing the WK content,which decreased with WK content above 40%.The SA/WK fibers had lower crystallinity values than that of WK fibers,which were mainly existed with amorphous form.The depth and number of grooves on the fibers surface was increased with the increase of keratin content.
