摘 要:以山西华宁焦煤有限责任公司选煤厂为例,在概述其原煤排矸系统带式输送机断带主要原因的基础上,对当前常用的带式输送带断带保护装置的类型进行梳理和分析,并对全断面液压断带保护装置在该选煤厂技术改造过程中的应用进行分析探讨。结果表明,全断面液压断带保护装置的应用避免了原断带保护装置的固有缺陷,可靠性、抓捕力均较高,能保证煤炭安全运输和生产。鉴于其所具备的性能优势,全断面液压断带保护装置在煤矿井下安全运输中具有广阔的应用前景。Taking Coal Preparation Plant of Huaning Coking Coal Co.,Ltd.of Shanxi as an example,on the basis of summarizing the main causes of belt breakage of belt conveyors in raw coal gangue discharge system,this paper combed and analyzed the types of conveyor belt breakage protection devices commonly used at present,and analyzed and discussed the application of full-section hydraulic belt breakage protection device in the technical transformation of the coal preparation plant.The results show that the application of full-section hydraulic belt breakage protection device can avoid the inherent defects of the original belt breakage protection devices,with high reliability and catching force,and can ensure the safe transportation and production of coal.In view of its performance advantages,the full-section hydraulic belt breakage protection device has broad application prospects in the safe underground transportation of coal mines.
