羊涧沟斜井提升机升级改造应用实践

摘　　要：提升机是矿井运输系统中的重要组成部分。以晋能控股煤业集团白洞矿业大同有限公司为工程背景,对羊涧沟斜井提升机存在的问题进行了分析,并对提升机的升级改造进行了探讨。JK-4×1.8P/31.5型提升机运行稳定可靠,改善了调速效果,使矿井生产能力得到了进一步提高,减少了运输安全隐患,同时降低了工人的劳动强度,可为该地区类似提升机的升级改造提供借鉴。Hoist is an important part of mine transportation system.Taking Baidong Mining Datong Co.,Ltd.of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group as the engineering background,this paper analyzed the existing problems of the hoist in Yangjiangou inclined shaft,and discussed the technical upgrading and transformation of the hoist.JK-4×1.8P/31.5 type hoist operates stably and reliably,improves the speed regulation effect,further improves the production capacity of the mine,reduces the hidden dangers of transportation safety,and reduces the labor intensity of workers,which can provide reference for the upgrading and transformation of similar hoists in this area.
