摘  要:为研究核电站RRI冷却水泵油位视窗白色絮状物产生的原因,本文采用油液监测技术、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和Py-GCMS(热裂解-气相色谱质谱联用仪)等手段,对新油、运行油及异物进行检测与分析。分析发现异物主要来源油麻盘根,与润滑油无关;该设备属于麻绳密封方式,麻绳使用时间长会产生抽丝现象并未断开,从而悬浮在液位视窗上。实施改善措施后,白色絮状物不再出现。In order to study the causes of white floccules in the liquid level window of the RRI cooling water pump in nuclear power plant, oil monitoring technology, fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR) and py GCMS(pyrolysis gas chromatography mass spectrometry) were used to detect and analyze new lubricating oil, operating oil and abnormal substances. It is found that the main source of foreign matter is oil hemp packing, which has nothing to do with the lubricating oil. The equipment belongs to the hemp rope sealing mode, the hemp rope used for a long time will produce the phenomenon of wire drawing, which is not disconnected, so that it is suspended on the liquid level window. After the implementation of the improvement measures, white flocs no longer appear.
