摘  要:某核电厂在主发电机组满功率运行期间,发生发电机转子集电环突然烧毁事件,造成机组非计划停机事件,给电厂造成重大的经济损失。本文通过对事件进行细致的调查分析,找出了造成这起事故的根本原因是混用了质量不稳定的碳刷,促成要素是集电环绝缘套筒结构设计不足,这两个主要因素导致了事故的发生。通过管理制度完善和技术措施的改进,可以最大程度避免此类事故的再次发生,同时也为其他电厂此类型机组提供了可借鉴的改进经验。During full power operation of the main generator in Qinshan 1, an unplanned shutdown of the generator was caused by the sudden burning of the sub-set electric ring. It caused great economic loss to the power plant. Through careful investigation and analysis of the incident, this paper finds out that the root cause of the incident is the mixed use of carbon brush with unstable quality, and the contributing factor is the inadequate design of the collector ring insulation sleeve structure. These two main factors lead to the occurrence of the incident. By perfecting the management system and improving the technical measures, this kind of incident can be avoided to the greatest extent. In addition, the improvement experience can be used as reference for the same type of generators of other power plants.
