摘  要:主蒸汽隔离阀作为核电厂控制二回路通断的重要关键设备,长期依赖进口。“华龙一号”福清核电5号机组采用首台国产化主蒸汽隔离阀设备,不仅满足正常开关、五秒快关和局关的设计要求,还可通过“带载”试验检查阀门快关电磁阀和分配阀的可靠性。以福清核电5号机组为例,说明国产主蒸汽隔离阀的控制原理和特点,比较与M310机组在系统设备和逻辑功能的异同。针对机组运行期间出现的异常关闭、气泵频繁启停、压力开关漏油等问题,提出了有效的应对措施和解决方案,为后续华龙及其他三代核电机组主蒸汽隔离阀的设备采购、安装调试和维修运行提供借鉴。The main steam isolation valve(MSIV), as an important key equipment to control the secondary circuit in nuclear power plant, has depended on import for a long time. The HPR1000 of Fuqing 5 adopts the first domestic MSIV, which not only meets the design requirements of opening, slow closure, rapid closure in five seconds and partial closure test, but also can check the components for rapid closure including solenoids, and distributors by on-load test. Taking Fuqing 5 as an example, this paper describes the control principle and characteristics of domestic MSIV, and compares the similarities and differences between HPR1000 and M310 in main equipment and logic. In order to solve the problems of abnormal shutdown, frequent start and stop of air pump, oil leakage of pressure switch, etc., this paper puts forward effective countermeasures and solutions, which can be used for equipment procurement, installation, commissioning and maintenance operation of MSIV for subsequent HPR1000 and other third generation nuclear power plants.
