摘　　要：针对双机非同轴驱动钢丝绳牵引胶带机的结构特点,本文提出了该种胶带机的优化速度给定曲线;基于主从控制模式,实现主机速度、转矩双闭环,从机转矩闭环且增加了窗口控制功能,实现了双机转速同步,功率均衡。并通过现场实际调试验证了控制方案的正确性及有效性,实现了胶带机的稳定运行。According to the structural characteristics of the two-machine non-coaxial driving steel wire rope traction tape,this paper proposes a given curve of the optimization speed of the tape machine;based on the master-slave control mode,the host speed,torque double closed loop,the slave torque closed ring Increase the window control function,realize the two-machine speed synchronization,power equalization.And verified the correctness and effectiveness of the control scheme by actual debugging,and the stable operation of the tape machine was achieved.
