摘 要:绞车系统作为石油钻井的三大系统之一,它的安全运行对整个系统来说至关重要。一场事故将绞车断轴保护这一概念提出,成为迫切需要解决的问题。本控制方法在原系统的基础上,利用原系统的硬件配置实现了这一功能,最大限度地节约了成本。系统将悬重信号通过压力变送器及隔离模块采集进PLC中,并通过PLC的逻辑判断进行相应控制,系统做出相应动作,通过电控气、气控液来完成盘刹的动作,从而实现了绞车断轴后的系统保护。As one of the three major systems of oil drilling,the winch system's safe operation is crucial to the entire system.An accident brought up the concept of winch shaft broken protection and became a problem that users were eager to solve.On the basis of the original system,this control method uses the hardware configuration of the original system to achieve this protection function and save the cost to the greatest extent.The system collects the hook load signal into the PLC through the pressure transmitter and isolation module,and controls it accordingly through the logic judgment of the PLC.And then the system will make corresponding actions,and completes the action of the disc brake through electronic control gas and pneumatic control liquid,to realize the system protection once shaft broken happens to the winch.
