摘　　要：交流电机作为钻机系统中的主要设备,保证其正常运行对整个系统至关重要。本文主要阐述了一种电机绝缘监测技术,能够对钻机系统中交流电机在运行前、运行阶段进行绝缘检测,提前发现绝缘故障,实现预防性检修,有效防止了突发事故的发生,延长了电机的使用寿命,并且减轻了现场维修人员的劳动强度。通过RS485通讯口,可以与PLC、工控机、触摸屏进行组网通讯,并入钻机系统的自动化监控网,提高了现场监测的自动化水平。It is crucial for the whole system to keep the normal running of AC motors which serve as the main equipment in the drilling rig system.This paper mainly proposes a kind of monitoring technology on motor insulation,which can detect the insulation of the AC motor in the drilling rig system before and during the operation stage,find the insulation fault in advance,make it possible for preventive maintenance,and effectively prevent the occurrence of sudden accidents.Thus,the service life of motor is prolonged and the labor of on-site maintenance personnel is lightened.It can be integrated with the automatic monitoring network of drilling system to improve on-site monitoring automation via RS485 communication interface by connecting PLC,IPC and touchscreen.
