摘  要:为解决由定心机构装配误差所产生的偏心问题,提高深孔类零件轴线直线度的检测精度,提出了基于图像处理的深孔零件轴线直线度检测方法。设计了一种带有十字形通光孔的自定心机构及与其配合使用的直线度检测系统。提出了一种基于图像骨架的十字形光斑中心点提取方法,它通过图像处理分离出包含光斑图像中心点信息的单像素宽度的图像骨架,再利用形态学方法提取出中心点坐标。根据像素坐标变换等方法对提取出的光斑中心点坐标进行了修正。采用最小二乘法评定了深孔零件轴线直线度的误差。实验结果表明,该方法的检测分辨率可达0.001mm,其检测结果可靠。In order to solve the eccentricity problem caused by the assembly error of centering mechanism and improve the detection accuracy of axis straightness of deep hole parts,an axis straightness detection method of deep hole parts based on image processing is proposed.A self centering mechanism with cross shaped through light hole and its straightness detection system are designed.A cross shaped spot center point extraction method based on image skeleton is proposed.The image skeleton with single pixel width containing the spot image center point information is separated through image processing,and then the center point coordinates are extracted by morphological method.According to the pixel coordinate transformation and other methods,the extracted spot center coordinates are corrected.The error of axis straightness of deep hole parts is evaluated by the least square method.The experimental results show that the detection resolution of this method can reach 0.001mm,and the detection result is reliable.
