摘 要:为了使电镀废水的二级生化出水达到回用要求,以COD和荧光类污染物去除率为指标,确定了Fenton氧化、活性炭吸附处理电镀废水的反应参数,并考察了Fenton氧化-活性炭吸附组合工艺对有机污染物的去除效果。研究表明,Fenton氧化最优参数为:pH值为4,Fe^(2+)浓度为1.5 mmol/L,H_(2)O_(2)投加量为2.0 mmol/L,活性炭的最佳投加量为5.0 g/L。在优化的反应参数基础上,Fenton氧化-活性炭吸附组合工艺对COD的去除率可达到96%,活性炭投加量减少80%,既满足GB/T 19923—2005《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》要求,又满足设计出水水质标准。In order to ensure the quality of the secondary biochemical effluent from electroplating wastewater meet the reuse requirement,the parameters of electroplating wastewater treatment by Fenton oxidation and activated carbon adsorption were determined according to the indexes of COD and fluorescent pollutants,the organic matters removal by Fenton oxidation-activated carbon adsorption combined process were investigated.The results showed that,the optimal parameters for Fenton oxidation were as follows:the pH value was 4,the Fe^(2+) concentration was 1.5 mmol/L,the H_(2)O_(2) and activated carbon dosage were 2.0 mmol/L and 5.0 g/L respectively.Under the above condition,the removal rate of COD by Fenton oxidation-activated carbon adsorption combined process reached 96%,the activated carbon dosage reduced by 80%,which not only satisfied the requirement of GB/T 19923—2005 The reuse of urban recycling water—Water quality standard for industrial uses,but also met the standard of design effluent water quality.
