摘 要:某工业园区污水处理厂的回用工段采用一级V型滤池-臭氧氧化-二级V型滤池-超滤-阳床-RO工艺处理经生化工段处理后的印染废水,系统产水回用于园区内企业生产。投用初期,阳床产水周期明显缩短,产水水质超标;RO系统存在一段压差升高快,产水量衰减明显的问题。分析发现,由于原水碱度过高,导致阳床再生后迅速生成CaCO_(3)沉淀,以及废水中残留的PAM导致RO系统一段污堵。经过新型清洗剂的研发及适当的工艺改造,有效缓解了RO装置的一段污堵,并延长了阳床的产水周期。A combined process of one stage V type filter-ozonation-two stage V type filter-ultrafiltration-cation bed-RO process was used to treat printing and dyeing wastewater from biochemical section in the reuse section of a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park,and the produced water was reused for the enterprises production of the said park.At the beginning of the process operation,the water production cycle of cation bed shortened obviously,and the quality of the produced water exceeded the standard.In the RO system,problems such as rapidly increase of pressure difference and obvious decay of water production were existed.Through the analysis,it was found that,CaCO_(3) precipitates were rapidly regenerated after the regeneration of cation bed due to the high basicity of the raw water,and the residual PAM in the sewage lead to pollution blocking in the first section of the RO system.Through the research and development of new type cleaning agent as well as the proper process reconstruction,pollution blocking in a section of the RO system was relieved effectively and the water production cycle of the cation bed was prolonged.
