摘  要:针对氮肥生产废水氨氮含量高、可生物降解性差和营养不均衡等难题,某公司采用MAP化学沉淀-前置反硝化-三级复合生物接触氧化-沸石多介质滤池组合工艺对其进行处理,介绍了该工程的工艺流程及特点、设计参数、运行效果,以及运行中出现的问题及解决措施。运行结果表明,出水一直稳定达到并优于GB 13458—2013《合成氨工业水污染物排放标准》表2中直接排放的标准限值。该工程具有布局紧凑、运行稳定、处理效果好等特点。Aiming at the problems of nitrogen fertilizer production wastewater such as high ammonia nitrogen content,poor biodegradability and unbalanced nutrition,a combined process of MAP chemical sedimentation-pre denitrification-three stage compound bio-contact oxidation-zeolite multi-media filter were adopted for its treatment in a company.The process flow,characteristics,design parameters,operation effect and existing problems during the operation as well as the countermeasures were introduced.The operation results showed that,the effluent water quality remained stable and was superior to the standard limit of direct discharge in table 2 of GB 13458—2013 Discharge standard of water pollutants for synthetic ammonia industry.The project had characteristics of compact layout,stable operation and good treatment effect.
