摘　　要：针对腐竹生产加工过程中产生的中低浓度有机废水,为满足高标准排放要求及降低投资成本,设计采用气浮机-厌氧水解-A^(2)O-二沉池-氧化沉淀-砂滤工艺,工程运行结果表明,处理后出水主要指标满足GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅴ类水质排放要求,该套工艺运行稳定,总体投资造价较低。介绍了该工程的工艺流程、主要设计参数及运行效果。According to the characteristics of the medium and low concentration organic wastewater from dried beancurd sticks processing,in order to satisfy the requirement of high standard discharge and decrease investment cost,air flotation machine-anaerobic hydrolysis-A^(2)O-secondary sedimentation tank-oxidation sedimentation-sand filtration process was adopted in the design.The project operation results showed that,the effluent water quality after the treatment met the requirement of class V water quality discharge in GB 3838—2002 Surface water environmental quality standard.The said process ran stably,the total investment was low.The process flow,main design parameters and operation effect of the said project were introduced.
