摘 要:为研究惯性管长度变化对压缩机输出效率和压缩机与冷指之间的耦合特性的影响,对100—140 Hz的2 kg级的高频脉冲管制冷机的整机效率进行了理论分析,通过实验研究了不同惯性管长度对压缩机活塞位移、相位、压力波的影响,并得出了压缩机输出PV功。实验结果表明不同惯性管长度组合,对应不同频率压缩机的效率最高;制冷机整机效率最优与压缩机效率最优的运行参数不尽相同;通过调节惯性管的长度,使压缩机谐振频率与冷指相匹配时制冷机的整机效率最高。To investigate the impact of the length of the inertance tube on the output efficiency of the linear compressor and the coupling characteristics between the compressor and the cold finger,the overall efficiency of the 100-140 Hz 2 kg high-frequency pulse tube cryocooler was theoretically analyzed. The effects of different inertance tube lengths on the piston stroke,phase, and pressure wave of the compressor were experimentally studied,and the output PV power of the compressor was calculated. The results show that there is a specific frequency corresponding to different inertance tube combinations,which makes the compressor have the highest efficiency. The operating parameters of the cryocooler with the best overall efficiency are different from those of the compressor with the best efficiency,when the inertance tube is adjusted to match the compressor resonant frequency with the cold finger,the overall efficiency of the cryocooler is the highest.
