石墨烯-镍磷化学复合镀层磨蚀性能及机理研究

摘  要:在45钢上制得石墨烯-镍磷化学复合镀层,工艺条件为:硫酸镍30 g/L,次磷酸钠25 g/L,乙酸钠15 g/L,柠檬酸钠15 g/L,乳酸25 mg/L,醋酸铅15 mg/L,石墨烯0、50、100、150、200或250 mg/L,石墨烯与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的质量比2∶1,pH 4.6,温度85℃,超声波功率350 W,时间2 h。利用改装的UMT-3型多用途摩擦磨损试验机在3.5%NaCl溶液中进行磨蚀实验,研究复合镀层在磨蚀过程中的开路电位变化及摩擦学性能,然后对其腐蚀磨损交互作用进行分析。结果表明:随着镀液中石墨烯添加量的增加,石墨烯-镍磷复合镀层的摩擦因数先减小后增大,石墨烯添加量为100 mg/L时制得的复合镀层耐磨蚀性能最优。在磨蚀过程中,纯磨损以及磨损与腐蚀的交互作用是导致镀层质量损失的主要原因,两者共占到镀层总质量损失的99%左右。腐蚀对磨损的促进作用非常大,占到两者交互作用的93%以上。A graphene/Ni–P composite coating was prepared by electroless plating on 45 steel in a bath containing nickel sulfate 30 g/L,sodium hypophosphite 25 g/L,sodium acetate 15 g/L,sodium citrate 15 g/L,lactic acid 25 mg/L,lead acetate 15 mg/L,and graphene 0,50,100,150,200,or 250 mg/L at mass ratio of graphene to polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)2:1,pH 4.6,temperature 85℃,and ultrasonic power 350 W for 2 hours.The tribocorrosion test of the composite coating in 3.5%NaCl solution was carried out by using a modified UMT-3 multipurpose friction and wear tester.The variation of open circuit potential and tribological properties of the composite coating during the tribocorrosion process were studied,and then the interaction between corrosion and wear was analyzed.The results showed that as the dosage of graphene in the plating solution was increased,the friction factor of the graphene/Ni–P composite coating was initially decreased and then increased.The composite coating prepared with 100 mg/L of graphene in plating solution had the optimal tribocorrosion performance.In the process of tribocorrosion,pure wear and wear–corrosion interaction are the main causes of mass,which accounts for about 99%of the total mass loss of the composite coating.The acceleration of wear by corrosion is significant,accounting for more than 93%of the interaction between wear and corrosion.
