摘  要:在氮化钛(TiN)悬浮液中加入阳离子聚合物聚乙烯亚胺(PEI),通过阴极电泳将TiN沉积在钛基体上,作为质子交换膜(PEM)水电解双极板(BP)。在1.7 V的高电位PEM电解水体系中研究了不同条件下所制涂层的耐蚀性和导电性。结果表明,当TiN与PEI的质量比为1∶0.14时,在5 V电压下沉积90~300 s可获得无裂纹的均匀涂层。它在0.5 mol/L H(2)SO_(4)+2 mg/L F-的溶液中有一定的耐蚀性,在143.6 N/cm^(2)压力下的接触电阻达到了2.10 mΩ·cm^(2)。Polyethyleneimine(PEI),a cationic polymer,was added to the titanium nitride(TiN)suspension,and TiN was then deposited on the titanium substrate by cathodic electrophoresis,which could be used as a bipolar plate(BP)for proton exchange membrane(PEM)water electrolysis.The corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of the coatings prepared under different conditions were studied in a PEM water electrolysis system at 1.7 V.The results showed that a uniform coating without cracks could be formed by electrophoretic deposition at 5 V for 90-300 s when the mass ratio of TiN to PEI was 1:0.14.The coating had good corrosion resistance in the solution containing 0.5 mol/L H(2)SO_(4)and 2 mg/L F-,and its contact resistance reached 2.10 mΩ·cm^(2)at a pressure of 143.6 N/cm^(2).
