摘  要:以低碳钢为基体,先电沉积Zn–Ni合金,再在硝酸铝和碳酸钠组成的溶液中水热反应7 h,最后采用豆蔻酸-乙醇溶液修饰2 h得到“玫瑰状”微纳米结构的超疏水膜层。研究了水热反应温度对超疏水膜层性能的影响。当水热反应温度为100°C时,所得超疏水膜层具有160°的水接触角,3°的滚动角,表现出优异的自清洁和防结冰性能。The electrodeposition of Zn–Ni alloy was conducted on low-carbon steel substrate followed by hydrothermal reaction in solution comprising aluminum nitrate and sodium carbonate for 7 hours.A superhydrophobic film with rose-like micro-nano structure was obtained by chemical modification in a myristic acid–ethanol solution for 2 hours.The effect of hydrothermal reaction temperature on properties of the superhydrophobic film was studied.The superhydrophobic film obtained after hydrothermal reaction at 100℃featured excellent self-cleaning and anti-icing properties with a water contact angle of 160°and a sliding angle of 3°.
