摘　　要：目的分析儿童纽扣电池食管异物的临床特点,探讨其安全有效的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析深圳市儿童医院收治的纽扣电池食管异物患儿24例,其中男14例,女10例;平均年龄26.3个月;最短异物嵌顿时间1h,最长2个月;结合其临床表现及治疗方法综合分析儿童纽扣电池食管异物的临床特征。结果24例患儿均全麻硬质食管镜下取出,23例(95.83%)并发食管黏膜腐蚀伤,3例(12.5%)发生食管狭窄,2例(8.33%)发生食管穿孔,其中1例为气管食管瘘。出院后对有并发症患者均进行跟踪随访,无死亡病例。结论纽扣电池对食管黏膜具有强腐蚀性,危害极大,应尽早诊断后急诊手术取出可有效改善预后,减少并发症的发生。Objective To analysis the clinical characteristics of esophageal button battery ingestion in children,and to explore the safe and effective treatment of this disease.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 24 cases with esophageal button battery ingestion in children admitted to Shenzhen Children’s Hospital,including 14 males and 10 females.The mean age of the patients was 26.3 months.The shortest time and longest time of esophageal button battery ingestion were 1 h and 2 months respectively.The clinical features and treatments of this disease were comprehensively analyzed.Results All 24 cases were removed with rigid esophagoscope under general anesthesia,and 23 cases(95.83%)were complicated with esophageal mucosal erosion.Esophageal stenosis occurred in 3 cases(12.5%)and esophageal perforation occurred in 2 cases(8.33%),among which 1 case was tracheoesophageal fistula.All patients with complications were followed up after discharge,and no death cases were found.Conclusions Foreign body ingestion with button battery can cause great damage to the esophageal mucosa with its strong corrosiveness.Emergency surgery should be taken after early diagnosis to effectively improve the prognosis and reduce the incidence of complications.
