摘　　要：泥鳅是深受广大消费者喜爱的名优水产品,具有较高的营养价值,但近些年来受外地低价泥鳅冲击,北方高寒地区泥鳅市场价格下滑,影响了养殖经济效益。文章介绍了北方地区泥鳅养殖增效关键技术措施,包括选择市场销路好的泥鳅种类养殖、扩大地产泥鳅苗种繁育规模、采取适宜泥鳅成鳅养殖技术模式、掌握泥鳅成鳅合适的上市时机等,供广大养殖者参考。Loach is a famous and excellent aquatic product deeply loved by the majority of consumers,with high nutritional value.However,in recent years,the market price of loach in the northern alpine areas has declined due to the impact of low price of loach from other places,which has affected the economic benefits of breeding.This paper introduces the key technical measures to increase the efficiency of loach breeding in northern China,including selecting the marketable loach species breeding,expanding the breeding scale of real estate loach seedlings,adopting the suitable breeding technology mode of adult loach,mastering the suitable marketing time of adult loach,etc.,for the reference of the majority of farmers.
